Super Lawyers is a rating service that recognizes outstanding lawyers who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement.
The Super Lawyers designation is awarded to attorneys who have demonstrated excellence in their field, with selections based on a rigorous evaluation process that includes peer nominations, professional achievements, and independent research. Only five (5) percent of attorneys in the state are selected by the research team at Super Lawyers to receive this honor.

Kathleen devotes the majority of her practice to defending lawyers and law firms in professional liability matters, partnership disputes, disciplinary actions and in providing loss prevention counseling. She has been named one of the Best Lawyers in America in that field since 2010 and received the Super Lawyer designation each year since 2006.

Jessica Rudin MacGregor
For nearly 30 years, Jessica has focused her practice on representing lawyers and law firms in legal malpractice actions and fee and partnership disputes, providing ethics counseling and representation before the State Bar, and advocating on behalf of other professionals. Mrs. MacGregor received the Super Lawyer designation in 2013-2018, as well as in 2024.

Shane M. Cahill
Shane M. Cahill is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience representing employers in complex employment disputes and litigation. He provides strategic counsel to a diverse array of businesses, ranging from small enterprises to major corporations, including architectural and engineering firms, national hotel chains, hospitality management companies, healthcare providers, retailers, restaurants, athletic clubs, veterinary practices, non-profit organizations, and professional service firms such as law and accounting firms. Mr. Cahill was also selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2012 and 2013.
