Ms. Bellitto's legal career has primarily been litigation-focused. Prior to joining Long & Levit, Ms. Bellitto practiced political law and represented officeholders, candidates, and political action committees. She handled many cases related to ballot access laws, new political party qualification, and COVID-19's impact on the election process. She also litigated labor law matters -- specifically, she successfully defended employers against alleged wage and hour violations.
Ms. Bellitto has experience representing individuals before various tribunals, ranging from administrative agencies to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
