He has substantial experience with issues related to attorney ethics, and law firm risk management and loss control/avoidance. Mr. Olson also handles litigation involving other professionals including insurance agents and brokers, accountants and escrow agents. He has substantial expertise in insurance litigation, with a particular emphasis on issues related to professional liability and directors and officers insurance policies. Mr. Olson regularly writes and speaks on issues related to attorney professional liability exposures, professional liability insurance coverage and attorney ethics.

Mr. Olson also has substantial experience in general commercial litigation. He has jury and court trial experience.

Ethical Issues in Cyberspace: Ethical Risks Surrounding Cloud Computing and Social Media.

On June 23, 2011 Glen Olson presented a Continuing Legal Education program on Ethical Issues in Cyberspace at the California State Bar Solo and Small Firms Section Summit in Anaheim.  The program addressed ethical and risk management issues surrounding the use of new technologies, including social networking, cloud computing and electronic document generation and storage.
