Glen Olson defends attorneys in legal malpractice actions and State Bar proceedings. He has expertise in attorney ethics, and issues related to law firm risk management and loss control. Prior to rejoining Long & Levit in 2006, Glen was an officer of a Fortune 500 insurer, managing its accountants and lawyers professional liability claims departments. He also handles professional liability cases against insurance brokers and agents, architects, engineers and real estate agents and brokers.

Glen has been named a 2012 - 2020 “Northern California Super Lawyer” in professional liability defense. He has jury and court trial experience, and also frequently advises on and litigates insurance coverage disputes, with a particular emphasis on professional liability policies. Glen regularly writes and speaks on issues related to attorney professional liability exposures, professional liability insurance coverage and attorney ethics.
