We live and work in one of the most vibrantly diverse communities in the world. We strive to leverage that dynamism, energy and creativity to benefit our clients.
In 2010, Long & Levit announced it had exceeded the goals of the “No Glass Ceiling Initiative” by the Bar Association of San Francisco, which challenged firms to meet targets for women partners and partners of color in firm management. We have always sought to foster a firm culture that welcomes and values people of color, people with disabilities, LGBT people, and people from diverse religious and cultural backgrounds.
This philosophy makes us better lawyers. It makes us more cosmopolitan and creative. It allows us to connect with jurors from all walks of life. It helps us work as a team that delivers excellent results for clients.
