Ari Baruth defends and counsels architects, engineers, construction managers, owners, and other professionals in the construction industry. Mr. Baruth also represents real estate professionals and owners in a variety of contexts including contract negotiation, commercial leasing, property disputes, and litigation. Mr. Baruth has handled a wide variety of commercial litigation matters and has substantial experience advising entities ranging from publicly traded companies to sole proprietorships on issues arising in the real estate and construction contexts.
Born and raised in the Bay Area, Mr. Baruth graduated from UC Berkeley Phi Beta Kappa and with High Distinction in General Scholarship with majors in Political Science and Rhetoric. Mr. Baruth attended the University of San Francisco School of Law where he served as an extern with the San Francisco Superior Court. He also participated in the Moot Court honors program and now regularly judges moot court competitions at his alma mater.
