Ari A. Baruth

Ari Baruth focuses on the defense of architects, design professionals and others in the construction industry in professional liability and construction delay and defect claims. Mr. Baruth also defends attorneys in professional liability matters. Mr. Baruth places special emphasis on being responsive to clients and on obtaining swift and efficient results.

Born and raised in the Bay Area, Ari Baruth graduated from UC Berkeley Phi Beta Kappa and with High Distinction in General Scholarship with majors in Political Science and Rhetoric. Mr. Baruth attended the University of San Francisco School of Law where he served as an extern with the San Francisco Superior Court. He also participated in the Moot Court honors program and now regularly judges moot court competitions at his alma mater.
