Mr. Whittaker is an associate whose practice
emphasizes defending owners, architects, and engineers in design
and construction related litigation. Mr. Whittaker also
practices in the employment group in which he represents
employers in litigation and counsels employers on various
employment matters, including wage/hour, discrimination, leaves
of absence and disability issues. In addition, Mr. Whittaker
represents and advises private clients on business and
litigation matters.
