KATHLEEN M. EWINS
PARTNER
Ms. Ewins emphasizes the defense
of lawyers in professional liability litigation, trials, and
appeals. For over 18 years, she has defended lawyers
and local, regional, and national law firms in actions
throughout California for legal malpractice, malicious
prosecution, defamation, disciplinary proceedings, and related
matters. She also has an
active practice representing judges in proceedings before the
California Commission On Judicial Performance.
Ms. Ewins was named a "Northern California Super
Lawyer" in Professional Liability Defense, by Law &
Politics Magazine in 2006-2009 and One of the Best
Lawyers in America (2010 edition) practicing in the Legal
Malpractice Specialty.
