JUAN C. ARANEDA
Mr. Araneda is an associate whose practice
emphasizes the defense of employers in employment litigation,
including claims of wrongful termination, discrimination, leaves
of absences, wage/hour and disability. Mr. Araneda also counsels
employers on a variety of employment matters. In addition, Mr.
Araneda represents various clients in general civil and
commercial litigation, including banking, financial services and
general business litigation. Prior to joining Long & Levit,
Mr. Araneda was a staff attorney in the Office of the General
Counsel at Wells Fargo Bank.
EDUCATION
Mr. Araneda graduated from Golden Gate
University School of Law in 2000. While there he was the Senior
Editor of International Dimensions, a student-run journal
of international law, and a member of the Moot Court Board. He
is a 1994 graduate of the University of California at Berkeley,
where he obtained a B.A. in Psychology.
