JUAN C. ARANEDA
Juan Araneda is a senior associate whose
practice emphasizes the defense of employers against wrongful
termination, discrimination, leaves of absences, wage/hour and
disability claims. Mr. Araneda also counsels employers on a
variety of employment matters.
In addition, Mr. Araneda represents clients in
general civil and commercial litigation with an emphasis on
banking, financial services and general business litigation. Mr.
Araneda's bank litigation experience includes deposit loss
claims, foreclosure claims, and elder abuse claims.
Prior to joining Long & Levit, Mr. Araneda
was a staff attorney in the Office of the General Counsel at
Wells Fargo Bank.
EDUCATION
Mr. Araneda graduated from Golden Gate
University School of Law in 2000. While there he was the Senior
Editor of International Dimensions, a student-run journal
of international law, and a member of the Moot Court Board. He
is a 1994 graduate of the University of California at Berkeley,
where he obtained a B.A. in Psychology.
