JESSICA R. MACGREGOR

Jessica R. MacGregor is a Partner in the San Francisco office who specializes in the representation of legal professionals in malpractice and malicious prosecution actions. She also devotes a portion of her practice to defending employment litigation matters. Ms. MacGregor currently serves as the chair of the Legal Malpractice Section of the Bar Association of San Francisco. She frequently publishes articles and speaks on issues regarding legal malpractice and malicious prosecution.

EDUCATION

Ms. MacGregor graduated from Golden Gate University School of Law with honors in 1993. While there she authored a case note published in the Golden Gate University Law Review and served as Articles Editor for that publication. She is a 1987 graduate of Oberlin College, where she obtained a B.A. in Art History
