JASON A. GELLER

Jason A. Geller is a Partner in the employment practice group at Long & Levit LLP. Mr. Geller has substantial experience in litigating and counseling employment disputes on behalf of employers. He has represented employers in litigation in Federal and State court, as well as in investigations by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing. He has prepared employee handbooks and a variety of agreements, including independent contractor, employment, confidentiality and trade secrets agreements. His clients are involved in a variety of industries, including the construction, technology, retail, restaurant and staffing industries.

EDUCATION

In 1993, Mr. Geller earned his law degree from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington, where he was a member of Phi Delta Phi academic fraternity. He earned his bachelor of arts degree, with honors, in political science with an emphasis on international relations from the University of California at Santa Barbara (B.A., 1989).
