DAVID P. NEMECEK, JR.
SENIOR COUNSEL
David Nemecek is Senior Counsel at
Long & Levit. He represents institutional clients in the
financial services industry in securities fraud, employment,
trade secret and broker-dealer matters. He also has significant
experience in litigating antitrust and unfair competition
matters, as well as class actions, shareholder disputes and
general commercial cases. He provides compliance counseling to
clients relating to the securities, antitrust, and unfair
competition laws.
Mr. Nemecek has
jury trial experience, as well as experience in binding
arbitrations administered by FINRA, the International Centre for
Dispute Resolution, the American Arbitration Association, and
JAMS.
